Birthday Pics finally!

The Monkey Balloon was a huge hit with the kids as well as the adults!

Logan really didn't care much for his cupcake. We weren't shocked which he usually makes a lemon face when we try to give him any sweets (don't know where he gets that from) but we still had to try.

This toy was the only toy Logan cared about (which was the first one he got). Mommy and Daddy should have thought this one thru ahead of time so we got to open the rest of his presents.

Okay, well Mommy may have overdone it for his 1st Birthday, but by the looks of the pictures this little man is loved so much by our dear family and friends. We had a total of 32 people make it including the kiddos. I joke, (but tempting to stick to it)...the next big bash like this will occur for his High School Graduation.

Cupcakes and Grub before everyone got to the party!

Our Logan is already 13 months old by this post...so needless to say we have been super busy at work and when we get home...we just want to savor our (baby) Big boy!

Logan isn't walking yet, but is so very close! He stands on his own without even realizing and then when Daddy and I hold his hands and assist him in walking, we really don't do much. It reminds me of when you first learn how to ride your bike. You didn't know Daddy wasn't holding on the entire time until he yells "Good Job, you are doing great!" Crash and burn! I can't believe how fast this year has flown. I have had many dear Christian sisters remind me, "The days be long, but the years fly by." I was hoping they were wrong...but it has just been amazing watching our newborn change so fast. Logan will be playing with the dogs and giggling hysterically and James and I look at each other and smile and say, "Can you believe our son was a newborn at one time?" Well I will stop with my rambling and share more wonderful pictures of our son's main event.

1st birthdays are so fun and it looks like he had a great one. I'm hoping I can meet this little man this summer when we are over Grand Junction way.
