I am very tardy getting this picture up, hence tomorrow I will be 37 weeks along in our pregnancy. Our camera screen got badly broken so we had to try and wing this picture. I thought James did pretty well for not having a preview screen to go off of. We are in the works of getting a new camera before Baby Bean arrives. So most likely we will be using our camera phones going forward for the profile pictures until we get our replacement.
We were blessed to have Baby Shower #2 this weekend and it turned out wonderfully. The hostesses: my friend Mitzi and Annette had guests give baby Logan books instead of cards. Which I thought was a brilliant idea. So we got a great stash started to read to our little guy. They also had a wonderful idea for all the guest to decorate a onesie with paints & markers...talk about creative people! They all turned out so cute and I know you can never have enough onesies (so I have been told). Again, due to our broken camera I will have to get some pictures from the shower from my Mom's camera and post on the blog when I have the chance.
My last appt. went well. The Dr. confirmed Logan is already head down and I am where I should be. I get to see the Dr. weekly now until Logan decides to bless us with his presence.
I have truly been blessed with a great pregnancy and I am praying I have just as a blessed delivery. My poor feet and ankles are still swelling in the evenings but thankfully my wonderful place of work has accommodated me to let me put my feet up and I am only able to fit in flip-flops or sandals. So they have been gracious enough to let me do that as well. I got to go get a pedicure with one of my best of friends, Breanna...I chose to have blue toenails painted in honor of having a boy. They turned out pretty cute (I am too self-conscience of my puffy feet and toes to give you proof).
We only have 3 more birthing classes left (I am praying we get to finish). We have been very impressed already with what we have learned and I love the fact that the class is centered around natural child birthing.
Please keep us all in your prayers as we are getting more anxious to meet Logan James.
